Homosexuals In The Rapture

Homosexuals In The Rapture - This Week’s Feature Article - by Jack Kelley
www.gracethrufaith.com
Last week’s question on whether homosexual believers will be taken in the Rapture or not has really sparked some interesting, even emotional comment.

As we begin this study, let’s clarify a few points. Living a homosexual lifestyle is living in sin. Both Old and New Testaments make that clear. But all believers are sinners, and we’re all living in sin of some kind. Half of us who’ve been married have also been divorced. The percentage of Christian women who’ve had abortions is the same as for non-believers. Many of us have sins we simply cannot stop committing. (These are sometimes called besetting sins.) Some don’t really want to stop committing these sins, but many have “cried out to the Lord in sack cloth and ashes” for deliverance and still can’t stop.

This is not a new phenomenon. Some of the great heroes of the Bible had sin problems they couldn’t control. Moses had trouble with his temper, David had a weakness for women, and we’ll get to Paul in a minute.

Just Do It

If you don’t have any besetting sins, praise the Lord. But dismissing someone else’s problem by saying they should just stop sinning shows an appalling lack of sensitivity. This is especially true since millions of believers have spent years trying unsuccessfully to stop doing things like smoking, drinking to excess, watching porn, etc. Others can’t control their anger, lust, appetite, or envy. Would you deny all of them participation to the rapture? Maybe the next time you hear of someone struggling with sin you should take some time to ponder the old saying, “There, but for the grace of God, go I.” And if you don’t have any sins you can’t keep yourself from committing, why are you sinning at all?

If you’re part of the vast majority that does struggle regularly with a besetting sin, you can understand the plight of others like you. Paul had this in mind when he wrote Romans 7:14-25.

We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do-this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

Please read this carefully. Judging by the standards of some believers I’ve received eMails from lately, Paul has identified himself as an unrepentant sinner in these verses, because he continues to do things he knows he shouldn’t be doing. They would say that he’s either not qualified to go in the rapture or will spend the Millennium in the outer darkness, learning how to be an overcomer. (Don’t get me started on that one.)

But Paul’s reaction was totally different. He said that when he was sinning, he was not being himself. In other words, it wasn’t Paul who was sinning but the sin nature that dwelt within him. He told the Corinthians that when they accepted the Lord they became a new creation. He said that in God’s eyes the person they had been before was gone and they were now a new person altogether. He said that because Jesus, who knew no sin, had been made sin for them, they were now as righteous as God Himself. (2 Cor 5:17,21)

Here’s What Paul Meant.

When Jesus went to the cross He took all the sins of our lives with Him. (Col. 2:13-14) That means past, present, and future, from the very first to the very last. This is one of the things that makes the New Covenant so much better than the Old. Every year on Yom Kippur, Israel’s past sins were atoned for and the slate was wiped clean. But they immediately began sinning again and so the next year they had to do it all over, and the year after that and the year after that, and so on. That’s because it’s impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sin (Hebr. 10:3-4)

But Jesus offered one sacrifice for all time, past, present, and future. If you’re born again, every sin of your life has been identified and atonement has been made. That’s what Jesus meant when He said, “It is finished.” (John 19:30) All that’s left is for you to accept and believe. If you stop and think for just a moment, you’ll see that it’s the only way it could be, because none of us can completely stop sinning, and there’s no sacrifice left. Either the Lord’s blood has paid for all the sins of our life, or else it was an exercise in futility, and we’re all irretrievably lost.

This is why with all of Paul’s exhortations to go beyond salvation and strive for victory over our sin nature, he never threatened us with the loss of our salvation for failing. In fact, one of his strongest pleas was that we strive to live up to that which we have already attained. (Phil 3:16) In other words, become in fact what we already are in faith. But even he couldn’t do it.

So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God-through Jesus Christ our Lord!

So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin. (Romans 7:21-25)

Here Paul tells us that the harder he tried to “be good” the more his sin nature resisted. He loved the Law of God but his sin nature made him a prisoner of sin. What a hopeless place to be, condemned to a life of disappointing the One he wanted most to please. But thanks be to the Lord Jesus who rescues us from our body of death. The new Paul, the Paul that God saw, had the motives and intentions of someone who tries to please God, even though his sin nature prevented him from carrying them out. And God, who alone can judge the intent of our hearts, chose to see only the new Paul, all of whose sins had been atoned for at the cross. He had been separated as far from his sins as the East is separated from the West. (Psalm 103:12) As far as God was concerned the new Paul never sinned at all. It was the sin dwelling in him that did it.

And then the summary statement, Romans 8:1. Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.

One More Time

As I said earlier, living a homosexual lifestyle is living in sin. Many believers have agonized over this problem. As one who hasn’t experienced it, I can’t even begin to grasp its magnitude. They know that a just God can not condemn His children for behavior they have no control over. And yet they’ve spent years in shame and humiliation trying unsuccessfully to stop committing their besetting sin. Some finally succumb to the false conclusion that God must have made them that way. Others rebel as a way to vent their frustration. And can you imagine how much harder their challenge becomes as society in general and even many who claim to be part of the Church affirm and encourage their behavior as being nothing more than an alternative lifestyle, no better or worse than any other? Contrast that attitude with others in the Church who treat them like lepers, sinners beyond redemption. Neither opinion is correct, so what is their true circumstance? Why can’t anyone tell them? What happened to Romans 8:1? Is it only Jesus who can forgive a sin without fear of leaving the impression that he condones it?

He commanded us to love one another as He loved us, and to forgive each other as He forgave us. He was talking about how we should treat each other as believers. He never spoke a single word that encourages the condemnation of a brother or sister. On the contrary, He spoke against it. (Matt. 7:1-2 & Luke 6:37) As far as salvation is concerned, He said all who ask will receive, (Matt. 7:7) that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13), and that who so ever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

This is where the Lord’s faithfulness comes in. Having agonized on the cross for every sinful act of their lives, He could no more abandon them now than He did then. He gave them the faith to believe that He would save them (Ephes. 2:8-9) and has accepted responsibility for keeping them saved. (2 Cor. 1:21-22) When they fall into the pit of despair, He comes to pull them out. (Matt. 12:11-12) When they wander away from the flock, he goes in search of them. (Luke 15:4) Having begun a good work in them, He is faithful and will carry it on to completion, (Phil. 1:6) not losing a single one of them along the way. (John 6:38-40).

On the day of the Rapture everyone who has trusted Him for salvation will disappear in the twinkling of an eye. The only thing the Church will leave behind is our accursed sin nature that’s prevented us from living the life we desire. The new bodies we’ll receive have neither flaw nor blemish, so millions of raptured believers will finally be free of their besetting sins.

None of this is meant to condone sin or diminish the destructive effect it has on our lives. Nor is it meant to say that we should learn to be comfortable around it. And if you’re thinking that they’re getting a free ride for their sin, consider that nearly every health, accident, or mortality statistic demonstrates that calling the homosexual lifestyle “gay” is a cruel joke indeed. This is especially true among males, where life expectancy is decades shorter, and accident rates are much higher. They’re also far more likely to be murdered or to commit suicide.

As Stephen was being stoned to death, he fell to his knees and cried out, “Lord don’t hold this sin against them” (Acts 7:60). When Jesus was hanging on the cross He looked at those who had put Him there and prayed, “Father forgive them. They don’t know what they’re doing.” (Luke 23:34) This is the testimony of two witnesses, showing us the proper reaction to the sinners in our midst. We need to understand that none of us could ever deserve to go in the Rapture. We’re all sinners worthy of the worst kind of judgment. There is no such thing as a believer who’s less deserving than we are because the Church is not a merit based organization. It’s faith based. When we see a brother or sister struggling with sin we should be praying for them instead of condemning them. It could just as easily have been us.

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” (John 13:34-35) Selah 12-06-08

Grace Provoke us to Reach Higher!

Bobby Conner:

"The Goals of Grace Provoke Us to Reach Higher"

Bobby ConnerAs Believers, we are instructed to live our daily lives with true goals, aims, and divine purpose. We cannot achieve this unless we walk in God's grace (see Ephesians 5:14-18).

God is not looking for strong people to help Him accomplish His work. The truth is that the Lord is looking for people who are weak enough to be used
. We must remember that His strength is made perfect in our weakness (see 2 Corinthians 12:9). The key to experiencing supernatural liberating strength is personal weakness.

Accomplish the Work of the Spirit

Now, let me make it clear that I am not speaking about weak character or being weak in knowing the Scriptures. I am talking about a people who have come to the place where they have lost confidence in the power of the flesh to accomplish the work of the Spirit. It is at this point we become strong and graced to accomplish things for the true advancing of God's glorious Kingdom. We must never forget it is not by might, nor by power, but only by the Spirit of the Lord that the Kingdom of God is established (see Zechariah 4:6).

This truth is clearly displayed in the story found in Psalm 107:23-28 of the strong, seaworthy sailors who made their living upon the high seas. However, one day the Lord raised up a stormy wind that blew away all their self-confidence. They found themselves at their wits' end. It was at this point that they cried out for the Lord's grace and help. Though they were skilled and experienced, the winds and waves of the sea convinced them of their dependence upon God.

Have you encountered the winds of change in your life? If not, you can be confident they are on their way in order to test your foundation. The winds and floods come to test our lives, making sure we are founded upon the firm foundation of Christ and Him alone.

Christ declares, "...without Me you can do nothing" (John 15:5). This word nothing means: completely, totally nothing. It truly means less than nothing. It is a life of joy when we come to the place where we understand that it must be the work of the Spirit to advance the Kingdom of God.

Absolutely nothing you have ever done, nothing you could ever accomplish, will match the unparalleled joy of letting Jesus live His life through you. God has exactly fitted for each of us a unique walk of grace. As we yield our wills and ways to the control of God's Holy Spirit, we begin to experience the walk of grace. In this arena, you will experience the abundant grace that enables you to accomplish all that God has assigned you to do.

New Believers Burn with Grace

This deposit of grace is what makes the fire of passion burn so brightly in new Believers. One of the great joys of pastoring people for years was the overwhelming joy of watching a new Believer express with excitement the new things God was doing in their life. The joy and excitement of a new Believer are contagious. It is extremely refreshing to be around brand-new Believers; their entire lives are ablaze with the love of God.

As pastor, I was able to teach a new converts class, and my heart was always blessed by the joy that Jesus Christ produced in the life of a new Believer. It is this grace that causes the light of contentment to dance in the eyes of mature Believers who have learned the secret of walking the grace walk. Our life should testify to the ability of God's awesome grace to use us to accomplish great and mighty things for the glory of God.

You cannot separate life's actions from a grace-filled life. We are saved by grace, and we are kept by God's awesome grace. The Body of Christ seems to understand much concerning the grace of God touching an unbeliever's life, and bringing that person into a place of salvation. However, we lack true understanding concerning the ability of God's grace to operate in the daily lives of Believers, thereby bringing them into a place of true effectiveness and fruitfulness.

Grace does not just change your mind. It has a transforming effect upon your life. Grace is a powerful motivator, provoking us to reach higher, and accomplish more for Christ and His Kingdom.

Essential Ingredients For Grace

The Apostle Paul stated in 1 Corinthians 15:10, "But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me." Paul declared that the grace of God was not wasted upon his life, but he labored more because of the grace active in his life.

Though all we are and all we do are because of God's grace, we are still called to labor abundantly to advance God's Kingdom. One of the great paradoxes of the Christian life is that it is only by and through grace that we accomplish anything, yet God expects us to labor diligently in His service. Charles Spurgeon once said, "Faith goes up the stairs that love has built and looks out the window which hope has opened."

Just as diligent labor is required to extract out all of the grace that God has given us, humility is required to obtain grace. "All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, 'God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble'" (1 Peter 5:5).

Grace is promised to the humble. A great saint of years by gone, Walter Buettler, made this observation, "The moment humility announces herself she is already on her way out the door." If we would be truly humble, and careful not to touch the glory of God, always giving Him praise for what He is doing, I am sure we would receive more grace. The Lord warned me once that the highest form of treason was to take the gifts and graces He has given leadership to win and woo the Bride to Himself, and then use these gifts and graces to win the Bride to ourselves.

May each heart embrace the promise given in Psalm 84:11, "For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD will give grace and glory." In this passage we see the true key to the advancing of the Kingdom of God. It is by God's gift of grace that we are able to behold the glory. Any good thing ever accomplished by mankind is the direct result of the anointing and impartation of God's grace. May we walk a grace-filled life in order to see the glory of God fill the earth.

Grace is an open door which bids us to draw nearer to God. In Proverbs 8:17 and 21, God declares, "I love those who love Me, and those who seek Me diligently will find Me...that I may cause those who love Me to inherit wealth, that I may fill their treasuries." Now this is an awesome promise and powerful incentive, finding God and having Him bless us with overflowing treasures.

We must never forget that God has great plans for His people. Hear His promise stated in Jeremiah 29:11, "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' saith the Lord, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.'" It is time to open our hearts wide to the grace of God. He is a good God and has great plans for each of us.

Waiting Upon God

The Lord desires to change us. He seeks to bring us up into His purpose for us. He waits for us to reach out to Him and knock on the door of His heart. Just as Esther had to approach the throne of her husband, we too must prepare ourselves to approach the throne of God. He, too, has extended His scepter. Now is the time grace has provided an open door in Heaven. It is time to approach the throne of God's grace to find favor and help during these days.

In Psalm 46:10 we are instructed to be still and know that God is God. Spending quiet time in the Lord's presence is tremendous, and carries great importance. It is as we wait upon Him that we are renewed in power and strength (see Isaiah 40:28-31). Each of us must find a special quiet place where we can shut out the cares of this world and get alone with God.

Each day, we should come within our set-apart place to worship, acknowledge His goodness and grace concerning us, and thank Him for His guidance and blessing upon our lives. Great grace is released when we truly enter His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise by taking the time to praise the Lord and to bless His Holy Name.

As we take time to behold Him with an unveiled face, we are changed into ever-increasing glory. In this place of quiet worship and prayerful reading of His Holy Word, there is a release of grace producing Spirit and life which flows into our being to build our faith and provide the enabling grace for obedience. It is essential that we set apart time each day to be in His presence. Being part of a local church and attending their church services are essential and not to be neglected, but this is no substitute for our devotional times alone with the Lord of Glory.

Being One With The Lord

Notice in Luke 3:2 that the Word of God came to John while he was alone in the wilderness, thus giving him clear direction for the days ahead. The programs of the Church of that day were in full operation, yet John was called apart to be with the Lord alone. So also today, there are those who are spiritually hungry and seeking something more, who likewise are being called apart to be alone with the Lord for a time of preparation. As a result of his being alone with the Lord, John came into a oneness with the Lord that could not have been accomplished in any other way.

When John was asked who he was, his response testifies to this experience. He said, "I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness: 'Make straight the way of the Lord,' as the prophet Isaiah said" (John 1:23). Each one of us should come to the place where we also could make this statement, "I am the voice of One." There is an urgent need for this voice to cry out in the midst of the frustrations and perils of our present day. We live in a world that must have the grace and peace of God.

The need today is not newfangled methodology, but rather a turning aside to stand in the manifest presence of the Lord to be prepared as the voice of one crying in the wilderness of our day. May it be stated of us, as it was of the disciples of old, that it is apparent we have been with Jesus. This, and only this, will make the changes that must occur if we are to reach this hurting world with the message of God's redemptive, transforming grace.

Toward the end of his life, a popular minister was asked what he would do if he had his life to live over again. He said he spent seven years in preparation for forty-five years of ministry. Instead, he would spend forty-five years in preparation for seven years of ministry. It is very important how we begin, but it is far more important how we finish.

The Lord is seeking to bring us to the end of our abilities so we can tap into His ability. This requires that we recognize His presence and turn aside to stand before Him. Only then will we be enabled to become the expression of His voice crying in the wilderness of our day.

God is not mad at you

Al Thomas:

"GOD IS NOT MAD AT YOU"

SAINTS HAD THEIR HEADS BOWED DOWN IN SHAME

WHILE PRAYING FOR THE CHURCH, I SAW A VISION (Joel 2:17) OF HUNDREDS, THOUSANDS AND THEN MILLIONS OF SAINTS WHO HAD THEIR HEADS BOWED down...as if in shame.

Although it is true that occasionally all of us fail God in one way or another, it is more so true that God forgives and restores (1 John 1:9-10).

Clearly, I saw that many of God's children are under the false impression and demonic delusion that God is displeased or disappointed with them. They imagine God in Heaven feverishly writing down every mistake and impure thought, and that He can't wait until they die or until Jesus comes back so they can be royally "chewed out."

Again (and this is important), it is true that some of God's children are following Him from afar (Matthew 26:58), simply not walking as close to Jesus as they could, and they need to do some serious turning back to the Lord (Hebrews 6:11-12).

Yet, for most, here is the real story: GOD IS LOVE...AND HIS LOVE IS POINT BLANK DIRECTED TOWARDS YOU (Romans 5:5).

Many are about to get a revelation of His love for them, and as a result, their entire attitude and outlook of their current situation will be radically changed. Worry will fade and faith will arise because of you being so secure and convinced of how much He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

AS THE CHURCH RECEIVES THIS REVELATION, MANY WILL START TO WALK IN GOD'S JOY INSTEAD OF SATAN'S GUILT

Satan wants you to feel guilty and be filled with shame. You can pray, read God's Word, go to church, etc. But still, satan will tell you that you should feel guilty about your life.

One of the greatest benefits you have as a child of God is experiencing His joy (John 15:11). This is not some vague, misty and occasional giddy feeling, but a spiritual inebriation that will not only produce constant peace, but will sometimes cause you to laugh at your biggest troubles. The Bible says you can do nothing against the truth (2 Corinthians 13:8), which means God is going to love you whether you accept it or not. So accept it and get on with His plan for you (Romans 8:31).

Some are under immense pressure and must learn that this joy has to be cultivated. That's why Paul said, "Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say rejoice" (Philippians 4:4). Some, when first saved, did rejoice and rejoiced often. Then (as with all of us), troubles and temptations came and the joy seemed elusive.

God's joy often has to be fought for because satan will try very hard to convince you that you deserve guilt instead of joy. Remember, satan is a liar. Resist him (and the guilt) and start rejoicing by faith (Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 1:17).

Here is wisdom: we are most filled with joy when we are most filled with God's love. Therefore do this: Go into your prayer closet and begin to tell Him how much you love Him, how much you appreciate being saved and for being a child of His. If this is difficult, guess who is hindering you? (1 Thessalonians 2:18). Stay there for a while...His presence will begin to come and joy will result. This will be one of the proofs that He is not upset with you, but in love with you.

MANY WILL EXPERIENCE GOD'S APPROVAL INSTEAD OF PERSONAL SHAME

The Holy Spirit (when He speaks to us) encourages us to obedience. Satan discourages us to despair. God wants to remove the word "shame" from your life.

2 Corinthians 5:19 says, "God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting men's sins against them." He HAS forgiven you, He DOES love you, and He will NEVER leave you or forsake you (Psalm 37:25).

God knows you are fed up with discouragement and it is time to take back your victory. Get up, rebuke the devil, and get on with God's will for you (Romans 8:28). Jesus specifically said that the Holy Spirit would comfort us...not make us feel bad about ourselves (John 14:17). Every Believer has God's approval (Romans 5:1), which is based on the Cross, not anything you do.

MANY WILL NO LONGER FEEL UNWORTHY, BUT ACCEPTED BY THE FATHER

There is a no more exhilarating feeling than knowing you are accepted by the God of the universe (Ephesians 1:6). Satan makes you feel unworthy by "throwing the whole book" at you at one time. In other words, satan wants to get you focused on all of your failures at one time and overwhelm you with unworthiness.

God, when He desires to change us, usually deals with one thing at a time. "Grant me Thy law graciously" (Psalm 119:29b). God is in the business of convicting us (John 16:8), whereas satan is in the business of condemning us (1 Timothy 3:6).

However, we have passed from condemnation to acceptance (Romans 8:1). You must grasp this truth - that you are totally accepted by God - to walk in His joy. God accepts you because of what Jesus did (2 Corinthians 5:21), not because of what you have or have not done.

Who are you to judge yourself? (1 Corinthians 4:3). You are not qualified to judge yourself or anyone as unworthy...that is God's job. He'll do it much better than you (Romans 14:4).

MOST IMPORTANTLY, MANY WILL NO LONGER LEAN ON FEELINGS BUT ON THE HOLY SPIRIT AND HIS WORD

It is important that you try not to over analyze yourself. Satan tries to remind you of failings that God no longer remembers (Psalm 103:10). Often, after experiencing repeated carnal failings, we engage in over-actively, self-analyzing ourselves. Our thoughts start to go into overdrive which ends up with you feeling more negative towards yourself. Some even hate themselves.

Are we to listen to the conviction of the Holy Spirit? Of course. But even after God has forgiven, many listen to the condemnation of satan and mistakenly think it is God expressing His anger at them. Your Heavenly Father wants you to have the peace that Jesus promised (John 14:27), and much self-introspection makes life not peaceful, but stressful. We are most filled with peace when we know we are loved (2 Thessalonians 2:16).

If you keep listening to your feelings, you will lose your peace because you will dwell on the inconsistency that exists between your actual spiritual condition and your daily actions (Romans 7:15). You cannot keep probing your feelings and expect to walk in His peace. Instead you find out what His Word says of you...and trust that! Then and only then will you rest in what Christ has done for you, not what you have done or are doing.

Now is the time for you to walk in the Spirit (Romans 8:14) knowing that God is not mad at you...but glad over you (Zephaniah 3:17).

OK, you may start rejoicing now...

A Word to Weary Prophet!

Al Thomas:

"A WORD TO WEARY PROPHETS--HOLD ON, THE FIRE IS COMING!"

I was driven to prayer by the Holy Spirit--and it was urgent. A great burden came on me and I saw an open vision of many prophets from all over the world. Most were bruised and wounded men and women of God with their heads hanging low, almost ready to give in to defeat. Then from Heaven came an angel holding a large postcard, and it read: God Says: "WEARY PROPHETS, HOLD ON AND DON'T QUIT....

"Sometimes you've thundered My word and few have received it. Remember this, I was watching from Heaven, and I received it because I gave it to you (Isaiah 51:16). Often, you've trembled before My word was released from your mouth, not knowing if it would be accepted...but you spoke it anyway. There were those times when you wanted to throw in the towel, but you kept moving (Luke 9:62). Remember that even Elijah was depressed and wanted to quit (1 Kings 19:4). Do not think this is a strange thing happening (1 Peter 4:12). You're in good company! Like Jeremiah who could not contain the fire I put within Him (Jeremiah 20:9), you also allowed My flaming words to be released.

Some of you, as you moved along in the ministry I called you into, saw restrained but obvious frowns--even on the faces of your own family. Still, you served Me. Yes, still you obeyed My calling for your life. You've learned never to quit in spite of getting weary and sometimes, you had to encourage yourself (1 Samuel 30:6) when no one else would. I now encourage you--Heaven has taken note and angels are being dispatched to help you because you did not quit! You would rather die than not fulfill My will for your life. You remind Me of a man called, "Paul" (Acts 20:24). And his anointing will be upon you."

God Says: "WEARY ONES, I'M PLEASED WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU GAVE MY WORD TO MANY HURTING ONES....

"You've left some places wondering, 'What was that all about? Did anything happen?' Mighty servant of Mine, do not be mistaken--you did move in My 'Super'natural gifting, but after some meetings, you started to look in the natural, forgetting My Super. Much did take place in the Spirit (Zechariah 4:6). Many children of Mine who were hurting, received fresh manna because of your obedience to the prophetic ministry I called you to, and many left the meeting renewed and strengthened for the battle because you stepped out on the water and obeyed Me.

You were on the mark! The enemy of your soul attacked you viciously because you damaged his kingdom and he suffered loss, but for you, it was gain (Matthew 16:18). Some of you have eaten the bread of affliction, but I rejoiced because even when you were 'under it,' you gave healthy portions of the Bread of Life to My wounded ones (John 6:35). Thank you."

God Says: "WEARY SERVANTS, REJECT THE CRITICISM, MANY IN HEAVEN ARE APPLAUDING....

"Many of My prophets who receive My approval, often receive man's rejection. As a prophet, don't expect to be voted, 'Man or woman of the year.' Some of you have looked at your calling as being small and insignificant--you couldn't be more wrong. Many of you have not become well-known on earth, but in Heaven, your name is celebrated. You've given some words that sounded (to you) like tin...but they were actually gold to the ones who received them (Proverbs 15:23).

I put (My) goodness in your mouth for weary souls and you did not withhold it from those to whom it was due (Proverbs 3:27). Because of your obedience to proclaim My word (even though few noticed), walls of hopelessness fell away from some and others suddenly gained strength to answer their calling--all because you rejected the criticism of doubters and allowed yourself to be fueled by Heaven cheering you on (Hebrews 12:1). You didn't fire back at the pessimists; instead, you simply loved them and moved on with your mission."

God Says: "SOME THINK THEY ARE APPROACHING THE SUNSET OF THEIR MINISTRY, THEY ARE WRONG....

"A second wind is coming to refresh many (Psalm 147:18). Some prophets think they have 'missed it' and feel guilty. Yes, some have failed (2 Timothy 4:10), but many have been lied to (by satan), thinking that they failed Me when they have not! Your Holy Spirit inspired 'words' are producing changed lives, birthing divine destinies and encouraging many to keep fighting the good fight of faith. Some have thought nothing was gained and time was wasted, but you did not see My view. Never forget--I've called you to announce, pronounce and sometimes, denounce! From My perspective (and that's all that counts), you have spoken My words and stilled storms that raged in confused minds and hearts (Mark 4:39).

Instead of being weary, you will refresh the weary. Fire is coming. Many of your recipes say, 'add water,' and that is what I often do before I send My fire. I told Elijah to 'add water' three times before I sent the fire (1 Kings 18). At that time, there was a drought and water was precious, but Elijah knew the rains were coming. I've allowed some circumstances to 'throw water' on your ministry and life, so when I send the fire, you will know it was from Me! (1 Kings 18:41-46). Be weary no longer! Your ministry has Heaven's stamp of approval."

"My Word that goes out of My mouth, shall not return void, but shall accomplish what I please," (Isaiah 55:11).
